Joel's work will be featured at the City of Bloomington's City Hall Atrium in February 2010 with a special opening/birthday celebration on Friday February 12th from 5-8pm.

"The exhibit will run February 5th - 26th, M-F, in the City Hall Atrium, which is located in the main entrance of the Showers Building at 401 North Morton Street. The exhibition hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, as well as additional evening or weekend hours when City Hall is open for meetings. An opening reception/birthday celebration for the artist will be Friday, February 12th from 5 - 8 p.m. Light refreshments including a birthday cake will be provided."
